fee which you are paying is towards the fee for training of any one of the
courses mentioned in the site "Happy Clickers" http://www.hcqe.com
owned by Diamond Flower. The fee is only to pass the knowledge. After training,
Diamond Flower is not connected to your work in any way. You must work which is
available on the sites suggested by Diamond Flower during the training.
Diamond Flower has no control to check your work or Diamond Flower do not
control the sites suggested by it. You are independent contractor of most of the
sites. Training for the particular course of Happy Clickers conducted by Diamond
Flower is included in the respective fee. The money paid is non refundable and
not transferable under any circumstances. So, think twice before you pay for any
of the course.
The
guidance after training is for one month only. You should start doing your work
learned in the training on the same or next day. If you do so, then your
guidance will be automatically continued as long as you are doing the work. You
will get guidance by email only+. No personal visits or calls are allowed after
training is over.
If
you do not start the work on the same or next day of the training, then your
guidance from Diamond Flower will be automatically cancelled. This is essential
as you forget what is taught after a period of two days. Diamond Flower is not
responsible for what you have done for doing the work.
Once
you are deleted from our list, you or your immediate family members (near blood
relatives staying together or apart like brothers, sisters, parents, son,
daughters, husband & wife, grandfather & grandmother etc) are not
eligible to enroll for training conducted by Diamond Flower.
In
any training course of Diamond Flower, the sites suggested by Diamond Flower
will pay you only if you work according to their terms and members agreement. If
you do any mistakes or do not work accordingly to each site's terms and / or
members agreement, you will not get paid. In this case, you yourself are
responsible for non payment. It is it sole responsibility of the yourself to
obey the instructions given by each site and mentioned in their terms and / or
member agreement. The decision of the site is final and binding on you. The
sites pay you directly through various payment processors.
By
joining the different websites you confirm that you have read the terms &
conditions and private policy of that particular site. Any damage or financial
loss occurred due to negligence of the user or by any other means is not
responsibility of the Diamond Flower. To obey the terms and conditions of the
websites, including and not limited to yahoo or any other such service provider
is the sole responsibility of the user (i.e. You).
You
and Diamond Flower are independent contractors, and nothing creates any
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or
employment relationship between you and Diamond Flower. You understand that you
do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations
on behalf of Diamond Flower. You may not make any statement, whether on your
site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section or from our
websites.
Diamond
Flower do not offer any jobs or give you contract for a particular job. Work is
given by the sites directly to you and Diamond Flower is not responsible if
there is no work at the site. This may happen with clicking courses. For all
other courses, lot of work is available and you do real work of real people.

get certificate from Diamond Flower for any course, you must pass the
examination conducted by Diamond Flower. The fees for examination is different
for each course and you must pay the fees before the examination date. The venue
and time will be announced on day prior to the examination date. The certificate
will be awarded only after thorough checking of your examination results. To
pass the test you have to complete each and every task given in the examination
with 100% accuracy as there is no scope for error on internet while doing the
actual job given by the sites. To be eligible for the examination for
certificate, you must practice actual job for atleast one month on the sites
after the training is over. The maximum time allowed for award of certificate is
six months from the date of training.

the course, its your responsibility for the payment. To get payment you must
